ART 1 - I will comply with the Articles of Association and Regulations of the non-profit association (A.S.B.L.), with the General Membership Conditions (CGA) in force, and with all other regulations issued or to be issued by it in agreement with Golfinger S.A., sole owner and operator of all the Club's facilities. These documents are available at the Secretariat and are updated regularly when necessary.
ART 2 - I pay now, and then in January of each following calendar year, the Royal Belgian Golf Federation fee it requires from all Belgian and foreign members of a Belgian club, as well as the i-Golf activation supplement.
ART 3 - I will respect the Etiquette and the Rules of Golf.
ART 4 - I accept that the annual fee or the annual membership will be invoiced to me by Golfinger S.A., and I undertake to pay them within the requested period and before my annual renewal date.
ART 5 - I irrevocably accept that I must notify the A.S.B.L. of my resignation in writing, with acknowledgement of receipt from the Club, at least
30 days before my membership expires, and then no longer to hit a ball at La Bawette after that date; failing which, I accept from now on that I will automatically owe a new membership, invoiced to me for a new period of at least 3 months.
ART 6 - I declare on my honour that all the information provided in this document is accurate and may be verified at the Club's first request. Part of this information may be used by the Club, under my sole responsibility, for example in a Members' List.
Use and protection of personal data - The personal data you provide to us are intended to allow your membership of our club, the proper organisation of the club and the smooth running of the events and competitions it organises, and compliance with legal obligations. In this context, they may be passed on to third parties who may be directly or indirectly involved in the club's sporting activity (federation, press, suppliers...). The data entrusted to us, which include image rights, will never be transferred to other natural or legal persons for purposes unrelated to the sporting activity, whether for payment or free of charge. The confidentiality of the information is ensured by our club and it is kept for the legally required periods. All useful information on the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and modification of the personal data entrusted to us can be consulted in
our privacy policy or obtained on paper on simple request.
